Principal’s Message

It is my proud privilege to be the principal of Kibou International College, a school with a difference. Within a span of three plus years the school has shown remarkable progress as an educational institute which serves a decent community in the area looking for better opportunities.

The cornerstones of our education are project-based assessment system and the value-based teaching and learning process with the ultimate objective of producing global citizens suitable  to the highly demanding and challenging social platforms in the world. Values are the foundation of a person’s character. They determine his beliefs and his attitudes towards life, the people around him and the world at large. At Kibou we play an important role in equipping the children with knowledge and life skills, and nurturing in them correct attitudes so that they will develop into morally upright, caring and responsible individuals and citizens.

We give the highest priority for language education. Our children are taught Sinhala, Tamil, English and Japanese as languages. We also offer an equal level of priority to develop soft skills required for our children to win the game of life. We have a very strong parental base who are always cooperating with the school and making valuable contributions to take the school to higher levels.

As the principal of the school I am confident to say that the Kibou International College has a bright future and will be able to meet the expectations of our parents and the community.
